One of my values is travel.
Last weekend, my boyfriend and I intentionally took some days off to check out historic towns like Redstone, Ashcroft, Marble, & Crested Butte.
These trips are always about prioritizing what matters most. It's easy to put vacations off because we think we need to make more money or have other responsibilities at home. And if one of your values isn't travel, I get that. But for me, I thrive on adventure and exploration. So I am intentional to create opportunities to get out and see something new, even if it is only an hour away on a 4x4 trail. I leave those experiences feeling refreshed and focused.
Do you know what your core values are? When you live in them, you'll find that you are more productive, goal-oriented, and excited about your path in life.
On Sept. 11, Ivette Flower and I are doing a workshop about defining your values, goal setting, and creating successful habits. Ivette will walk you through some amazing exercises, and I'll lead the group in the creative part of the workshop with a painting activity.
