January 12, 2022 Meal Planning Social Cooking Class

Emm Co. and Shine Athleisure partnered up to bring a healthy social event! Emma and CheyAnne taught the class how to create three different chicken dishes - roasted, enchiladas, and salad. This form of meal prep creates recipe variety throughout the week and cuts costs on buying ingredients. CheyAnne also showed us some yoga moves throughout the class (no mats required!) to keep up our energy and health in the new year. See the videos of the stretches below -
