During our first Lean & Green class, we made Thai-inspired pork lettuce wraps, an infused water, and had some healthy desserts to eat. Cindy & Emma shared tips and tricks for cooking healthy meals at home.
When changing eating habits, it is so helpful to have a support system around you, and we want to help you build that community. All of these cooking classes are modeled after the Optavia meal plans, but are open to anyone who wants to learn some healthy recipes.
